 The Milwaukee metro is ranked in the top ten metro areas in the U.S. (with at least one million people) with a year-over-year increase of 8.3% in home flipping rates.

 

Last year, a hundred of homes were flipped in the Milwaukee metro. The median purchase price of a property, together with the median flipped price  left investors with satisfying profits of above 70%.
